The submission of false, incorrect, misleading or fraudulent documentation or information may result in disqualification from the Promotion and from future promotions from The Planet. The submission of false, incorrect, misleading or fraudulent documentation or information may result in the participant being subject to civil or criminal liability. All rights and claims under the Promotion are non-transferable and may not be assigned, sold or otherwise transferred and may not be combined or used with other promotions offered by the Planet.
