The FREE Fall Savings Promotion Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions ("terms") apply to The Planet's FREE Fall Savings promotion (the “Promotion”). By activating service or otherwise participating under the Promotion you, the customer, agree to these terms: All participants who become customers under the Promotion shall be subject to and deemed to have agreed to The Planet’s standard Terms of Service and Acceptable Usage Policy, each as in effect from time to time, as available on The Planet’s website (www.theplanet.com). The Planet expressly reserves the right to alter, modify, suspend, discontinue or terminate the Promotion at any time without advance notice. The Promotion is open to United States residents and to individuals outside of the United States, including individuals residing in U.S. territories only to the extent permitted by the laws of each individual’s jurisdiction and by U.S. law. The Promotion is void where taxed, regulated, restricted or prohibited by law. All United States federal, state and local rules and regulations apply. The submission of false, incorrect, misleading or fraudulent documentation or information may result in disqualification from the Promotion and from future promotions from The Planet. The submission of false, incorrect, misleading or fraudulent documentation or information may result in the participant being subject to civil or criminal liability. All rights and claims under the Promotion are non-transferable and may not be assigned, sold or otherwise transferred and may not be combined or used with other promotions offered by the Planet. Void where prohibited. During the term of the Promotion, solely to the extent the terms of the Promotion conflict with any term or condition of the Terms of Service, the Terms of Service shall be deemed modified to the minimum extent necessary to give force and effect to the terms of the Promotion.
