The submission of false, incorrect, misleading or fraudulent documentation or information may result in disqualification from the Promotion and from future promotions from The Planet. The submission of false, incorrect, misleading or fraudulent documentation or information may result in the participant being subject to civil or criminal liability. All rights and claims under the Promotion are non-transferable and may not be assigned, sold or otherwise transferred and may not be combined or used with other promotions offered by the Planet. During the term of the Promotion, solely to the extent the terms of the Promotion conflict with any term or condition of the Terms of Service, the Terms of Service shall be deemed modified to the minimum extent necessary to give force and effect to the terms of the Promotion.
